Here is what I do:
i usually wake up each morning and meditate on what i am grateful for…
and i usually don’t turn “on” the computer until i have:
+sipped 20 oz of strong coffee;
+performed at least 15 minutes of yoga; and
+contemplated 5 things i am grateful for…

How to Wake up Every Morning on Top of The World
{some great suggestions; i do several already~sb}
i especially like the author’s recommendation of
“power questions” to ask yourself first thing in the morning:
»What do I have to look forward to today?
»What’s absolutely perfect about my life?
»How can I make today absolutely awesome?
»What’s the best thing that could happen today?
plus, the way to change your morning routine –
physically & mentally – to a more peaceful, quite way
is excellent advice too…
1. Don’t Turn on the Computer or TV
2. Listen to Music/Something Uplifting
3. Meditate
