uni-tasking via the slow internet movement (thoughts on tiny buddha article)

i think i really like this “movement” i read about in today’s tiny buddha article… especially the part about stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system.
i’ve been slowing down for the past few years {especially after my foot/leg injury 2004/2005}
~ plus balancing work/career with art/play ~ and it’s helped improve my life immensely.
amazingly, the overall effect makes me feel like i am accomplishing more {mind~body~soul}
by living more balanced and not pushing so hard ~sb

our BIG billboards helping raise awareness & money for kids, teens & families with cancer

We are very excited that our billboards featuring Eva La Rue are finally going up this week in the greater Los Angeles area. They will stay up for 4 weeks (unless there is a paid advertiser that bumps us, if that happens, we will be moved to another location). Overall, they will continue to cycle our boards for one year! again, we give huge thanks to everyone who helped us on our PSA campaign to help families & kids with cancer. {MORE}
