Actress and Humanitarian Eva La Rue will Join Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa in Celebrating the Televised Marriage of Prince William and Kate Middleton, Concurrently Discussing Her New Role as National Spokesperson and the Foundation’s PSA Campaign.

(I-Newswire) Newport Beach, CA, April 28, 2011 – Emmy-nominated actress and humanitarian, Eva La Rue, will appear on ABC’s “Live! with Regis & Kelly” on April 29 as a special guest during the show’s VIP Royal Wedding Viewing Party, where she will discuss her new role as National Spokesperson for Beckstrand Cancer Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to improving and enhancing quality of life for cancer patients and their families.

Best known as Natalia Boa Vista, a DNA Lab Specialist turned CSI on “CSI: Miami,” and her long-running portrayal of Dr. Maria Santos on “All My Children,” Eva La Rue has been active for years in her support of cancer-affiliated causes, which are near and dear to her heart; both her grandmother and great-grandmother were lost to cancer. In May, La Rue will introduce a series of public service announcements developed to heighten awareness for Beckstrand Cancer Foundation’s unique patient programs. During her scheduled appearance for the program’s “Royal Wedding Week,” La Rue will take part in festivities celebrating the much-anticipated marriage of England’s Prince William to Kate Middleton.
